Every person wishes to be loved by everyone. People do anything to get love in this world. In fact almost all actions of human beings seem to be for the purpose of getting love. People work day and night so that they can earn enough money to fulfill the requirement of their dear ones and make the life of family and loved one comfortable so that they can get their love and affection. Even the battles are fought by kings for the sake of love. The soldiers fight battles and lay down their life because they love their country and their countrymen. Even the richest businessman like Bill Gates engage into charities and give their hard earned money to the people so that they can earn the love of the people.
Yet love seems to elude most people. Most people find love as a zero sum game. When they try to get the love of some people, they often make others as their enemies. Thus love often becomes the seed of hatred. Often people feel devastated when they find that the person for whose love they have made the world as their enemy does not love them but hate them.
It is a fact that most people fail to be loved despite their heartfelt desire for the same. It is because they have yet to learn the laws that govern the universe of love.
The Quest of Love
It is wisely said that you see the world not what it is but what you are. The world is nothing but a reflection of the person. If the person loves most people, most people would also love him. However, if a person hates most people, he can not avoid the hatred of most people. This theory may not be provable by logic yet we all know from our experience that it is correct. Only such people are able to get the love of the people who love others.
Gandhi for example was loved not only by his countrymen but also by his adversaries because he had no hatred in his heart. However, dictators like Hitler and Mussolini were hated by not only their enemies but also by their own countrymen because their heart was filled with hate. A man who is full of love would love even his enemies.
said that a tree is known by the fruits he bears. He said (Matthew 7:15-18) By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thorn bushes, or figs from thistles? Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit.
The key to be loved is, therefore, simple i.e. to love everyone. Yet this simple act seems to be almost impossible. After all the world seems to be full of people who are worse than the devils. They commit crimes, follow corrupt practices, and live a selfish life. Then there are many people who treat you badly.
How is it possible to love everyone?
The Story of a Princess
When we look the world as made of different people, it is impossible to love everyone. However, when we see the world as the manifestation of the same Reality, then it becomes easy to be loved. This is explained by the following story of a princess.
A beautiful princess was born to a king. The king was very happy. However, as the princess grew, the king noticed that she can not walk properly. The king called the doctor and asked her to treat her. The doctor told the king that the princes have a sore spot on her left feet. So when pressure is put on her left feet, she feels pain.
The king was worried. He requested the doctor to suggest a solution. The doctor suggested that if she moves on soft cotton carpet then her feet would not get hurt and she can walk comfortably. The king became happy. He provided soft cotton carpets in his entire palace. So where ever the princess walked, she had cotton carpet under her feet. She walked without any difficulty.
As the princes grew older, she wanted to go to the school and play in the field. She also wanted to go to the market and other places. Now the king got worried as he did not have sufficient money to carpet his entire kingdom.
He then consulted one of his minister who was very wise. The minister suggested a very simple solution which solved the entire problem without costing anything.
HE SUGGESTED THE PRINCES TO WEAR SOCKS MADE OF SOFT COTTON.
Thus instead of carpeting the entire kingdom, the goal was achieved by simply wearing the socks. The Lord Krishna says in Bhagvad Gita (Gita 10:8) I am the source of all spiritual and material worlds. Everything emanates from Me. The wise who perfectly know this engage in devotional service and worship Me with all their hearts.
We have to, therefore, find a way so that instead of searching love everywhere and trying to love people individually; we plant the love at a single place i.e. in our heart which is the seat of soul and the kingdom of God. When your heart is filled with love and you can love everyone without any effort.
The Union of All
Can you hate yourself or the people whom you love? We love ourselves despite of our weaknesses and limitations. We seem to have all justifications for our wrong acts. Yet when it comes to others and more so the people whom we dislike, we can't forgive them or ignore their weaknesses.
What if we can see everyone with the same eye as see ourselves?
God is called Omnipresent as He is present in everything. He is present in every man and woman in their heart. It is for this reason that He also called Holy Spirit or Supreme Soul as He lives in every person. Hence if one loves God, one automatically develops love for the entire humanity as the same God is present in all the creations.
Therefore, only if you love God, you can love all beings and thus get love from all beings. Once a person realizes that same God is present in every reality of this universe including himself, he can not hate others. He feels himself united with rest of the world and sees self in the world and the world in the self. He is called Yogi (one who unites) as he finds the world united rather then made of different reality.
Gita describes Yogi in the following words (Gita 6:29) This yogi who has become one with God, sees the same everywhere . He sees the self in all beings and sees all beings in the self.
We can all notice that the source of all hatred is the differentiation between the self and the others. We see the world from only our eyes and fail to see the world from the eyes of others. The result is that everything that goes against us seems to be wrong however useful it may be for the rest of the world. No one can feel happy if he loses a game or a job to another person because he does not see the perspective of the other person. If we can feel the emotions of others as much as we feel our emotions, we can gradually see the world from the perspective of God who is seated in our heart as much as in the heart of everyone else. Hence the difference between good and evil diminishes as the person finds everyone same and equal. This is enlightenment which comes from the lightening of heart from the light of God. Gita describes the enlightened person as following (Bhagavad Gita 5:18) Seeing all things equal, the Enlightened may look on the Brahmin, learned and gentle, on the cow, on the elephant, on the dog, on the eater of dogs.
Loving God
Thus the only way one can get the love of all people is by loving God. Even for the people who have no faith in the God as described in Scriptures, this love is known as the love for humanity as God is present in the heart of every human being. Once this love is created in the heart of the person, there is no way; he can hate others as only love will come out from him. This is far simpler and easier way to be loved by everyone as it is virtually impossible to love everyone individually. Why carpet the entire kingdom with soft cotton, if you can get the same benefit by wearing the soft cotton socks.

9 Out of 10 People Say - "I Would Rather Die Than Change!"
Within the main stream consciousness now lies the concept that all you have to do to create a new and improved reality is visualize how you would like your life to be. Add in some affirmations and a big dose of gratitude for already having that and change is on its way! Not so fast....not for most people at least.
It's easy to become dis-heartended about the process. After all, it takes a tremendous amount of mental energy to consistently focus upon what apparently doesn't exist in your life. When doubt leads to despair it's only natural to begin to wonder, "what's wrong with me?" Especially in a society where it seems everyone else is capable of "just doing it" and "just saying no," as if it were that easy.
Thanks to a tremendous amount of research we are beginning to understand why creating and sustaining change can be so difficult for the vast majority. There are biological as well as psychological factors to deal with when desiring to up level your quality of life.
Neuroscience and psychology have proven that the brain finds all change stressful---all change---that means even changes that are obviously in your best interest. So, how can someone work with their physiology to intentionally reprogram their minds and systematically create a new way of being in the world?
Whatever your goals, author Alan Deutschman has discovered the three components that together make change not only possible, but sustainable. He refers to these three critical keys to successful change as the three R's: Relate, Reframe and Repeat.
The case studies are fascinating, and the overall premise of "Change or Die" provides hope for anyone who has ever felt stuck in an old way of being. So often people attempt to change with only one or two of the R's in place and sometimes none, so it's no wonder nine out of ten people aren't able to make the necessary changes even when it's a matter of life or death as in the case of heart patients.
Deutschman provides examples of heart patients, convicted felons and major corporations who successfully implemented "Relate, Reframe and Repeat" and proves that it isn't just a matter of hard work and discipline but various forms of support that make change sustainable.

Love is an Art
Many people would say that the most important thing in human's life is love. The absence of love causes most of the problems we have. But in order to love and be loved the first thing we have to do is to be honest with ourselves. Not expressing and showing our feelings is not a sign of courage. To show other people who you really are is a sign of incredible courage.
Of course it is not always possible to express your feelings the way you like but no one can ever stop you to be yourself. As a matter of fact, people who are not honest to themselves, they can't be honest to the others - they will betray their husbands, friends etc. But love is an art. We all agree that to live means to love. But love is not a permanent joy. Many couples will say that mostly love has failed. And that is true. And which fault is that? It is our own fault. If love failed that means that we did not make any efforts to keep her alive. But what we can do about it? And what does love need in order not to fail? First of all, a couple has to share life and experience, seriously get involved in each other lives.
Involvement is communication, connection between two people. Communication is the essence of love. Love is involvement and involvement is communication. So we don't have to look for love but for unity, solidarity. In order to achieve love, we have to achieve first maximum honesty and clarity. And this is incredibly difficult. There are two types of communication. The first one is to share emotions and feelings. This is called dialogue. The second one is to share thoughts, discuss plans or to take decisions together. This is called discussion. For love partners is very important to achieve emotional clarity first and only then to start discussions. It is obvious that people who love each other can survive different opinions. Break-ups usually occur as a result of emotional problems.
But if you get angry with something your partner did, please tell him/her exactly how you feel. Otherwise they will never know and they will not understand what happened. Very often people get angry with love and with their partners since they feel their self respect is in danger and under a threat. Then speak! Unspoken and unexpressed feelings are going to block the open and honest discussions. But to know somebody we need to know his/her feelings because feelings are unique. My feelings are only mine and nobody else's, your feelings are only yours etc. Nobody could possibly know them unless we talk and share, unless there is a dialogue. My emotions are the key to my soul, to me. Of course, it is scary to allow somebody to know you that much and to pray he/she will accept you the way you are. But this is the right way. So we have to be brave and we'll love and be loved.

Japanese Animation Art
Japanese animation has become the big thing in the cartoon industry. Many people are turning to animes as favorite cartoon series more and more each day. There are very little boundaries put on these kinds of cartoons. This is because the creators have broad minds and fantasy, fiction, facts, sci fi and much more is in their grasp.
Dated as far back as 1917, Japanese animation has grown to become a world wide sensation. It has gotten thousands of fans world wide and it is still growing. Known as anime now, form of animation brings to life creativity that had never been seen before. The anime selling point is that the cartoon series characters usually look like westerners but they speak in Japanese and the subtitles are in English, however you will find that there are some anime cartoons that are purely in spoken English.
The storyline of these Japanese animations are also another feature that has drawn thousands. Many of them are usually based in early Japan, when the country had villages and wars were fought. You will however find that the time might be during the olden times but you will find that modern things come in to play such as sunglasses, mobile phones and watches.
These animations are filled with vibrant colors and most of them you will find are a lot like fantasy. You will find that fantasy plays a big role in many of these cartoon animations because most of the characters will either have some sort of power or look like some sort of animal. They might have a human body but their heads will either look like for elves and maybe they will have teeth like for animals and a tail as well. Get these animations and enjoy the fantasy!

Shopping For a Computer - Things to Consider
Buying a Computer is the first step that anyone must take to join the Computer and Internet Revolution. Buying a computer is like buying a car, approach it the same way see it as a big investment because buying a computer is a relatively infrequent process for most people. However, purchasing the accessories that go along with them happens more often than most of us would like so it needs to be taken into consideration when researching the available products.
Computers can do much more than you think and will be a significant part of everyone's future. Computers vary in price according to how powerful and functionality and have become an integral part of our everyday lives, from basic typing to shopping on the internet. Computers are here to stay so everyone should consider learning how to perform their own pc upgrades and minor repairs.
Computers are like cars: faster is not automatically better, they are complex systems and looking at one feature while ignoring the rest is not an intelligent way to buy a car or computer. Computers should be cleaned and checked every two to three months and computers are getting cheaper all the time. They don't break down very often, but they do have frequent small problems and computers offer more than just being a business aid these days.
But what a lot of people don't realize when they start looking into buying a computer is that it's common for a lot of the big brand companies to sell very out-of-date computers in their lower price ranges. I'm not kidding about this -- most of the big computer companies out there, when they sell their least expensive computers, are trying to unload old inventory that's been collecting dust on their shelves for a long time. And the more disturbing part of this is that from what I've heard, those computers often have parts in them that are *known* to be bad parts.
Now you'd think these bad parts would be thrown away, but no -- from what I've heard, what happens is they still sell them to the big computer companies at a discount, and those companies put them into their computers anyway.
So if you can find a reputable local company that sells computers they assemble themselves, you'll get a well built computer for a lot less because you're not paying for the brand name. So do your research well.
Buying a computer is a big deal for a lot of people, and understandably so and it is a very personal decision, and it is no longer like buying a tool, but rather an emotional purchase of a beautiful piece of furniture, adding character to the space surrounding it.
Buying a computer is not always at the top of your shopping list, especially with the current jump in food and gas prices and it is always an exercise in compromise.
All the above can be summarised by saying buying a computer is like buying a car or a home, give it the same respect and research and you will not go far wrong.

Ever since ancient times many of us have enjoyed drinking coffee. The count of coffee lovers is always on a rise. Many amongst us don't feel like starting our day without it. A good cup of coffee can turn foes into friends and can even make great deals. The fact that coffee can be enjoyed in many different ways, makes it even more popular between a wide range of people. Everyone has his own taste and he adjusts his cup as per his tastes and desires. Caribbean, Cuban Cabano, Mexican Mocha, Italian Cappuccino, French Roast, Kerelan Filter Coffee and Grog are a few popular recipes all across the globe. Every region around the world has developed its own recipes for making coffee, all of them lead to one common goal, Great Taste.
For your enjoyment, this article will familiarize you with a few tongue tickling coffee recipes.
Caribbean Coffee
Caribbean Coffee uses coconut which imparts a delicious taste to the brew. The basic idea of making this coffee is to take a coconut and heat it to 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Next, crack the shell, allow it to cool, and remove its outer skin. Then grate the coconut's soft crust and add milk. This mixture is then put into a saucepan and stirred on a simmering flame until it reaches a slightly thick consistency. The last step is to filter the mix and throw away the solid coconut. Just add to coffee for a scrumptious taste.
Cubano Coffee
To make Cubano Coffee, put coffee in a small cup and add rum to your liking, but don't overdo it. You can also add a bit of hot milk to curb the rum a little, and your great coffee is ready. Many of us like the great combination of coffee and chocolate. Almost every part of world considers this a great combo. Make a regular cup of coffee and sweeten it the way you like it. Then add your choice of chocolate flavoring, ¼ tsp of nutmeg and ¼ tsp of cinnamon. Now you can add a bit of cream to top this cup and your great cup is prepared. You will feel your tongue tickling with delight with this incredible tasting brew.
Grog
Grog is another famous type of coffee, widely liked by many. It is an old English recipe and it incorporates fruits to scintillate the taste buds. Fruits like lemon and orange are a part of Grog coffee. Peel and slice one orange and one lemon. In a normal coffee cup put 1/3 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of brown sugar. Place a slice of the orange peel and lemon peel in your mug. Now you just have to fill your cup half with coffee and put in a couple of cloves along with a pinch of cinnamon.
There are countless coffee recipes. Many people stick with a favorite taste and many others love to experiment with new and delicious recipes.

Flying Anxiety - Just How Safe is Flying?
Contrary to popular belief, flying on a commercial jetliner is extremely safe. Yet if you suffer from aviophobia (the fear of flying), that short sentence probably does nothing to ease your fears and anxiety.
According to the a study conducted by the Valk Foundation, approximately 40% of people experience some level of anxiety about flying. The fear of flying typically stems from other common fears, such as the fear of heights, crowds, or claustrophobia.
Flying is in fact one of the safest modes of transportation. In fact, more than 3 million people fly around the world every singe day without any incident. In 2000, more than one billion people flew throughout the world and there were only 20 fatal accidents. In the United States alone, fewer people have died in commercial plane accidents over the last 60 years than are killed in car crashes in a typical three month period. An even more sobering statistic is about 115 people die every day in automobile accidents, which equates to one death every 13 minutes.
Airline safety is a progressing effort, with new safety innovations and advancements continually being made. The implementation of Global Positioning Systems on commercial planes allow pilots and aircrews to know their exact location anywhere in the world. The Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) is accurate enough it can be used both vertically for altitude as well as horizontally. A new arc fault breaker has been developed to detect faulty wiring in order to prevent hazardous conditions on airplanes. Furthermore, the FAA will be funding in-cockpit runway safety systems for various airlines.
If the thought of flying makes you extremely anxious and if it is interfering with your life (unable to go on vacations, business trips, etc.), consider taking a fear of flying program or course, designed specifically to help people conquer their fears associated with flying. Such programs are typically offered at local airports and taught by pilots, therapists, and other qualified experts.

Chasing Your Dreams is Happiness
So, you ask; how can I enjoy the journey, when many of the things I will have to go through to reach my goals are filled with adversity? This is a very good question, one that deserves a good answer. The best thing you can do is to break your major goal into many small goals along the way. Then as you attain each of your mini-goals, thank yourself, congratulate yourself and find happiness in your wonderful achievements to that point in the journey.
Also, it makes sense to reward yourself as you go, so not only congratulate yourself during your journey, but you should treat yourself to something that you really love to do. You must make the journey your love, because chasing your dreams needs to be a pleasant experience, as pleasant or more than actually attaining your goals.
Dreaming is a wonderful experience and as long as you keep those dreams during your journey, where ever it is that you are going you will be happy. Your are entitled to pursue happiness and therefore if you make the pursuit a good part of what happiness means to you, then you will always be happy no matter where you are along the way. Even if the wheels fall off your wagon or your tire goes flat. So, please consider all this and think on that.

Dark Chocolate - A Healthy Treat?
Did you know that more and more research is showing that dark chocolate has many health benefits? Dark chocolate is loaded with antioxidants that help combat free radicals in the body. Free radicals have been linked to the development of diseases like arthritis, Alzheimer's, and heart disease.
Research has also shown that these antioxidants, much like the ones found in cranberries, wine, and tea, can lower both blood pressure and cholesterol. Dark chocolate even stimulates endorphin release, which has a positive affect on your mood.
Many people laugh at the possibility that chocolate could be healthy. That's because most of the chocolate we eat is mixed in with lots of sugar, caramel, and other flavors that dilute it's healthiness (like candybars).
But chocolate itself is a very good thing. Specifically, we are talking about dark chocolateVery dark. Dark chocolate is rated by it's cocoa content.
Most chocolate candy has just a little cocoa and a ton of sugar. Dark chocolate has a lot of cocoa and a little sugar. You will find it in the grocery store in the candy aisle, and it will usually be marked with a number denoting the percentage of cocoa used to make it.
Naturally, the higher that number, the more cocoa, and that means more antioxidants. However, cocoa is also bitter, which is why they need to add at least some sugar.
If you've never had dark chocolate, don't go right for the super dark right away. It will probably be too bitter. Your taste buds expect chocolate to be sweet. To start with, look for something that is about 40-50% cocoa, like Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate. It's darker than a typical Hershey's bar, but not too bitter.
If that goes well, then try one that's 60%, then 70%, and even 80% if you're brave (don't do this all on the same day). The goal is for you to find the highest percentage that you can handle.
Ghirardelli and Lindt both make delicious chocolates in the 70% range. As you taste more and more, you'll start to appreciate dark chocolate for it's flavor, not for it's sugar content.
There isn't a consensus on how much you should eat per day, but I recommend that you use it as a substitute for junk food. If you feel the urge to eat an unhealthy snack, just grab a square of chocolate. Let it melt in your mouth and savor the flavor. You'll satisfy the urge to snack, and you'll be doing something good for your health, too.
